Horrible Narrator
The narrators voice was so horrible and monotone I couldn't continue and got my credit back. What a horrible way to loose a customer and a sale. Sounds like a male computer voice just dictated it. Next time pay a voice actor to narrate it with some emotions.

So technical
I found this book so scientific and my mind wandered off because its so boring. I follow Dr. DiNicolantonio in all all social media and I do believe in his overall message, however this could have been better without all the scientific jargon and written so the average person could find it interesting and actually learn from it.
