Really great book with examples of real athletes

Narrator was good and easy to listen to. Book was well done. This was my first book on plant based nutrition and now I'm on the search for more. I'm not an athlete but it's given me encouragement to become more active and to stick to this healthier way of eating.

Love the POD, Love the Book.

Great Book! I am an avid listener of the NMA Pod and loved the book. If you are not plant-based, considering going plant-based or are already plant-based this book is full of inspiring stories and helpful information. Understanding how to eat specific combinations of food, and how to ensure you are eating the right portions of food type I found very useful. Great Job Matt & Robert I really enjoyed the book and I am grateful for your expertise.

Just epic.

Love the book. Great information and such good stories of people showing it’s possible to live your best life as a plant based athlete and perform at the highest levels.
I recommend this book to anyone and everyone.

EXCELLENT BOOK (more like a manual for life)

This book has everything you need to know about nutrition whether you are an athlete or someone who just wants to be healthy. Its packed full of great info and real life examples.

talks about famous athletes the whole book

the whole book is this guy talking about famous athletes in a condescending douche bag tone. terrible book. it's just trying to convince you to be plant based rather than just giving the info you want. like turds, I'm already sold on plant based before I bought the book, thats not why I needed the book. I want to know wtf to eat and I dont give a heck about how fast this one girl runs.

Good book, not what I was expecting

I found this book to be like a training plan, with anecdotal support to claims. not sure what I was expecting, but was left wishing the book was something different. There was good and relevant information presented.
