For male voices, narration was like...

...hearing Oscar the Grouch's daughter doing an impression of an impression. Almost wrecked books.

Narration is brutal

Poor choice of narrator as she does not match the tone of many situations in on the storey (or the entire series of books for that matter). Also does not do a good job of maintaining different voices for characters.

Better than the trilogy!

I really enjoyed these collections of novellas. They are very well written and have great story lines.
