About this listen
The unexpected discovery of self-help books changed my life. This short audiobook will explain how they can do the same for you.
The Power of Reading will cover:
- How self-help books can be used as a practical tool to transform any area of your life
- The top three benefits of reading self-help books
- The key to creating life-changing, tangible results from what you read
- How overconsuming self-help books can hold you back from achieving your goals
- The reading habits of 15 millionaires and billionaires
- Guidelines for starting a personal reading plan
- Why you should approach all self-help products with a balance of openness and cynicism
I've read over 2,000 self-help books over the last 10 years (I discuss in the book why I wouldn't necessarily do it again). I wrote this book to share how they have benefited my life and to inspire others to join me on the journey of lifelong strategic personal growth.

Essential focused
The book is short and contains all the ingredients in order to help my two boys and me including to make a reading plan and stick to it. We listened to it in our car, riding to school and back.
