Fantastic Book, Now to Read it Again and Take Action!

Wow, Mr. Zahariades knows what he’s talking about and it’s refreshing to be able to relate and identify with throughout the book. Not heavy at all with the science going on in the brain, simple and straightforward for any audience. Now that I’ve been through it once I’m encouraged to sit a couple more times through it and use it as a tool with all the tools it provides to take control of curing my deeply engrained procrastination strategies. I’m a 71 out of a possible 75 score so it’s not going to easy I’m sure however I feel very hopeful and confident that if I apply these understandings and strategies I can be a success and no longer my own biggest critic. Perhaps even tame my inner perfectionist. That would be an added bonus! Thank you Damon for this invaluable resource ! I definitely recommend this short, easy listen !

Too many irrelevant examples

It took 5 chapters to start getting to the point. Used way too many examples which made this book too slow and daunting. Wish he got to the meat and potatoes faster cause this book made me want to procrastinate more.
