A Book That Might Change Your Life

I learned about Dr. Dement by happy accident on YouTube, at a time that I am working on straightening out some personal bad sleep habits. Listening to the book was perfect. I enjoyed the narrator, and learned valuable new information about sleep hygiene, to practically support my goal of making my remaining years as vibrant and alert as they can be. I thank God for the life-work of Dr. Dement, and also for the fact that I never had an accident during the many times I've driven while drowsy. o now understand how dangerously close to sleep I was--in Dr. Dement's words: Drowsiness is Red Alert.
