The Quran in Rhyme aims to be precise, concise, use contemporary English, and bring the Arabic original closer to English speakers so they can appreciate its depth and beauty. For learners of the English language, it will furthermore enable them to become more eloquent.
This particular issue represents the last of 30 Ajza (1 Juz/Sipaara is 1/30th of the Quran, plural Ajza). It represents the early short Meccan Suras, which were revealed first. The rest of the Quran will be published as a serial in parts of one Juz/Sipaara each month.
About the author:
Shariq Ali Khan, MSc., speaks five languages and has been studying the Quran and Arabic intensively for over 30 years. He has also held lectures about Islam and science in mosques and community centres across Europe and has several YouTube Channels.
