slapped together. don't bother.

very little of this was useful information for the exam. no discussion about when to refer, nor about order of bio psycho social priorities, no procedural instructions on what steps to do first in complex cases. If you're preparing for an exam you're better off studying the codes of ethics and standards of professionalism. this publication is a waste of time.
