Insightful View …
Into our national pastime from someone who lived it. As someone in Ontario who started playing in the early (late 70’s) recreational female leagues and watched it grow and gain some credibility I appreciated this view into the national programs we just heard rumours of. Small confirms some of the joys and heartbreaks as one of the second generation female grassroots and elite players.

a must-read
Lovw the story. Idolize Sami. Only lost performance stars because they clearly didnt get a Canadian narrator.
