I thought the series was quite well done - I'm down for books 4-7 going forward but up until this point, I've loved it!

Not bad; not great.

This was an okay series until the latter part of book three when the preachy pontificating that unhappily appears throughout the story became too much for this listener. If that weren't bad enough, the excitement of zombies and bad guys morphed into the dullness of soppy, simpering scenes which I found more horrifying than the actual monsters. So, I stopped listening. Oh, well... at least Kim Bretton brings excellent narration to Safe Haven (although her American accent could use some work).
