Love this book!
Read it last year, then listened to it again and I got so much from it both times. The concepts and science-based approach really speak to me. I use what I learned from this book every day - in business and in life. It changed my perspective on personal growth and has even changed the way I talk to and encourage my kids. A must read.

Applicable tools for leadership
I applied some of the tips from the book with the class I was teaching, and seen some results right away from the students.
I love the principles from the book and how they are practical, backed by science, but also very original!
Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to improve their leadership, not only for leaders in organizations, but these principles from this book can be applied to many situations and relationships of where we lead in our lives!

Informative leadership
Great book lots of different ideas to help expand one's leadership. Looking forward to trying some of these ideas.
