Great for Management Succession considerations
Lots of fantastic insights, and lots to chew on for many companies that are dealing with succession. Matt was able to take his first hand experience and provide tangible action items to help guide leaders going through succession. I highly recommend for any founder looking to transition, succeeding management or new management.
