Truly a great read

Just love this book. Straight forward, focused, logical explanations for actual concrete strategies with examples. Narrator voice is good too. My only complaint is I wish this book were longer with more content.

Life changing

I read and listen to a lot of books on heath, wellness, and personal development. This is the best book I have listened to in this genre. I have listened to it three times through and now am listening to individual chapters and sections for a fourth time. The information and ways of thinking (mindset shifts) are transformative for me, and the lessons are applicable to every part of my life (not just weight loss). So grateful I found it.

Helpful information for weight loss that can be applied to all areas of life . Nice voice to listen to. Informative. A diffrent approach to weight loss than other books.
