Edward O. Wilson is one of the world’s preeminent biologists, a Pulitzer Prize winner, and the author of more than 25 books. The defining work in a remarkable career, The Social Conquest of Earth boldly addresses age-old questions (Where did we come from? What are we? EO Wilson Explains Everything
Any question one has about the adaptation of human beings on the way to our current dominance of earth is addressed by Wilson in this book. It’s wide ranging but still clear. Takes a couple esoteric detours but worth a read for anyone interested in human life in general.
