Best brain gains

Really good narration from the brofessor himself. However if you watched all of the broscience Youtube videos, there is very little new content. Still the best way to get brain gains well driving to work though.

The only audiobook you need to listen to

First and only audiobook I needed to hear. Now I know to do arm day everyday and skip legs.

Absolutely hilarious

Amazing and hilarious. Dom does a fantastic narration and this is a must read (or listen) for any gym rat.

Basically the same content we've gotten before

So I gotta say, I do think this is a pretty funny book. however it is 99% recycled content from his YouTube videos. I mean, the videos were good for a reason. but if you're looking for new material, this book may be a let down
