book starts strong...Tom even reads first chapter...as book moves along alot of it is aimed at you buying TB12 products. more of a commercial at the end. still enjoyed learning and listening to book.

Refreshing!
I love that the author narrated the book, it definitely enhanced the experience. It is nice to see that a holistic approach to health and wellbeing is beginning to be accepted. There is lots of information in this book and very little (if anything) I disagreed with. A great audiobook.

Useless content and repeats a lot!
Don’t waste your time. This book repeats the same content in the first 6 chapters. I stopped reading at that point.
