Tapping Solution
Great audio book for anyone new to tapping/eft. As you go through the chapters there are different examples of how to use tapping. Be prepared to take notes or bookmark parts to go back to.
The disappointment is there is no extras/ index with this audio book. So taking notes and bookmarks is needed.

#Audible1 - A Must Read for Self Development!
I've always believed in the power of EFT/Tapping to help oneself overcome...well, themselves!! But Jessica's book gave me even more AHA moments! I couldn't stop listening to it (or reading it along with the audible version), it's that good! I will re-read and re-listen to it again! Jessica narrates it herself and I loved that. Thank you Jessica, I am currently reading your newest/latest book and it's just as awesome! For anyone looking to overcome, self-sabotage and limiting beliefs to get on with life, please pick up her book. Personally, I LOVE listening to books through audible and the experience has always been excellent. /Lauryn, Calgary AB

Life changing book . Thank you Jessica !
This audio book arrived in my life EXACTLY at the moment I was ready to understand it and receive it.
I knew about the tapping technique but thanks to this book now I finally apply it .
The book practically “reads” our minds and systematically investigate all the reasons and aspects for which us women are turning to food as source of comfort. Ok...other books did this inventory already one might say ...the thing I appreciated is that in this book for each of the “reasons” a “healing mantra”is proposed.
I’m amazed how well structured the book is; the tone is no nonsense , but there is empathy, acceptance of the human nature and a way of looking of things from a greater perspective .
I also like the voice of the author and the rythme of the narration (I usually prefer books read by the author).
I hope other women will discover and appreciate this book the way I did and their lives will be changed for good !

Wonderful book
I have recently returned to Tapping after 20 years. I. originally used it for lowering my golf handicap from 16 to a 7 in three months, which at that time was amazing . Now I am applying it to my awakening and these Ortner books have taken me to a new level of personal and spiritual growth and realization. Thank you may we all shine brightly
