Aisha M.

I absolutely love this book! It is one of my favourites! If you want an exciting story with interesting characters, then you will love this! But even better is the way it is written. The way the author pulls you deep into the story; it’s like you can literally imagine yourself in the alleys of Venice where this book takes place. She paints the story for you so that you can feel every emotion and smell every smell and see every sight! The narrator brings all of this to life by his crisp pronunciation and subtle changes in his voice for each character. Extremely well done and an utter pleasure to listen to!

Fantastic.

One of my favourite books from my childhood, decided to listen to it now that I'm 25 with a child of my own - and I loved it just as much now as I did then. The narrator was perfect for this story.

Very enjoyable!

A very enjoyable tale that takes you far away and hits close to home at the same time.
