Magic!

I have a hard copy of this book and have reread it a couple times. Different world, magic, danger, romance and intelligence- just great stuff.

The performance is perfect, so incredibly easy to listen to, not to mention she kills all the crazy pronunciation with ease.

Biggest issue: my impatience waiting for book 2, nearly 3 years since I first read it! :p

A fun fantasy story if you don't want much from it

I really enjoyed this story, and it had a lot of great things in it, but I wish it had gone a little further with some of the things it tried to do with the character. I was a little annoyed at the romance plot that was pushed in there, but it was overall a lot of fun!

Fun and worth a listen

I am a fan of Austen, Harkness and Grossmen so this was a no brainer. It was a fun listen and I'll probably listen to it again.
