Mostly a waste of time

I am a professional, in a senior leadership role and run my own business. I had a really hard time getting through the first couple of chapters. But I was really hopeful I would get some useful insight and I just needed to give the rest of the book a chance. Sorry, mostly rubbish and a waste of time and the personal interjections - less than useless. I've read several leadership/management books and always learn something and get something valuable for my time - not the case with this book. Maybe others will see it from a different perspective.
