Publisher's Summary

The entire four-book Trackers series in one bundle: over 30 hours of post-apocalyptic survival fiction and action.

No power. No rules. No help coming.

The end of the world is just the beginning of the hunt....

Five days ago, North Korea detonated three strategically placed nuclear warheads over the United States, triggering an electromagnetic pulse that crippled the country. A second attack destroyed the nerve center of America in a nuclear blast that flattened the nation's capital. As the government falls apart in the aftermath, the survivors must decide how far they will go to save the ones they love.

In this lawless new world where the most ruthless thrive while innocents suffer, a sheriff, a retired marine, a nurse, and a senator turned secretary of defense are faced with keeping their communities and families safe. One thing is certain - they won't be able to save everyone. Not with their humanity still intact.

The explosive Trackers series is a harrowing story of survival and a realistic depiction of what an EMP attack and the aftermath might look like from former Homeland Security disaster mitigation officer and New York Times best-selling author Nicholas Sansbury Smith. Packed full of action, survival tips, and a unique twist on the EMP genre, the Trackers series has thrilled hundreds of thousands of fans across the world.

Blood and Gore

Too much detail about how different guns tear apart the human body and not much story.

First book great

First book was great, I really enjoyed Ravens character development. The rest was ok but I could not get past the first few chapters in the second book. It’s a shame cause I enjoyed the authors extinction series

Realistic

Feels like an embellishment to a history book. Insanely well crafted story and characters. Give it a listen

Very Entertaining

This story shows us what it truly takes to face adversity, those who chose honour, duty, and love of his fellow man to fight those who chose to harm those we hold dear.

Not exploiting the author's strong assets

You can see the author knows his stuff about how civilization would collapse and how people would react. the strong appeal of this series is it's realism. It's so believable. What made me quit after book 3 is the fact that the author keeps loosing the story in some long side quests that could be told in any other settings. If you are to tell the story on the government and the local village point if view because you have that professional knowledge as an author then stick to that. Do not veer into long serial killer or lost sister search with long combat descriptions.

Great box set

An action packed book from start to finish. It really makes you think about what could happen if an EMP was set off.

Solid.

NSS does another solid series. I have only one flaw with the narrator (who is also consistently awesome) which is in book 1, he does a strong stereo-typical native American accent. I live in an area with a lot of native Americans, and if someone used such a stereo-typical accent towards them, it would be considered racism. The accent does calm down in book 2. I feel that there were enough references to Raven being a native that it was not necessary to accent him so stereo-typically.
