Love and starting to hate it.

The MC is childlike in her mentality. I get it and it added to her charm for the first 3 books but she has made 0 progress and is only clever and smart in combat. It’s maddening.
( Spoiler )
Her taking care of the three baby monsters is so annoying. I honestly just wanted to skip all parts with them. She at time’s totally forgets her goals and just goes brainless. It’s getting hard to listen to. I’ll get the next book since the reviews says she’s better and the story gets good but if I don’t find she’s more mature and grows past this stupid mama phase I’ll have to drop the series. That is my opinion. And in my opinion you could skip this book entirely and not miss much of anything that the next books recap doest tell you.
