Draft narrative included in exciting story

This story has plenty of edge of the seat reading which made the draft version of chapter 6 quite disruptive. Listening to a narrator try this nuance vs that, correct themselves, and clear their throat was a listener's 'behind the scenes' experience. If I had an inclination to pursue narrati g books, this would have put me off it!
