Be prepared for intense emotions
I found this to be a phenomenal audio book. It truly resonated and at moments I was actually overcome with emotions. A must buy for all women.

#audible1 This book is decent, Heatherash has a pleasant voice that is easy to listen to. The info in it is ok, I didnt really feel this was a "program" it was more just Heatherash using a lot of The Four Agreements to guide your life. she cites Don Miguel Ruiz several times, so it may behoove someone reading this to listen to the Four Agreements first. I've always wanted to use the word behoove in a sentence 😉
