Great Book
As a Paramedic I would say he made some excellent points and gave lots of tools and algorithms to use and follow. I would reccomend the book. That way it will be easier to refer to...

A must read
No matter your vocation or avocation, this book is a must read. One of the few reviews I’ve written. The book deserves all the praise it gets and more.

Extremely practical and refreshing...
I have listened to this once through and plan to go back and start over right away. I appreciate that it is setup to encourage one read through and then a second to start working alongside the text once the reader is familiarized with the content. A very helpful suggestion. I have already found ideas and strategies that I will use both at home and in the workplace.

Not for everyone despite claims
The author is clearly targeting and marketing business professionals and executives even though he says it's for everyone. I think every single example was business focused and this book seems to be marketing material for his courses. Not sure what I was thinking as I don't believe you can learn any Seal type leadership or focus abilities from a book but then again I did buy when it was heavily discounted so I guess I didn't have much to lose. Couldn't finish and returned.

The chapters only say Chapter 1, 2, etc. Lame! I really wish they could fix this.
