Love this book!
The author breaks down ‘wellness’ in a tangible way and gives a clear, evidence based path forward.
I have struggled over the years, needing a mindset shift in order to make the sustainable fitness changes I needed to make. This book gives an incredibly positive, joy filled outlook on fitness and has challenged my old beliefs that were holding me back from the healthy lifestyle I have always wanted.
I definitely recommend this book!
