About this listen
The Yoga of Eating is a practical and inspiring manual that offers original insights on the physical and spiritual functions of sugar, fat, meat, and other foods; fasting, dieting, processing, willpower, and the deeper principles of self-nurture. This book appeals to a higher authority - your own body - and shows how to access and trust the wisdom your body has to offer.

You HAVE TO LISTEN to this Book!
I am obsessed with Nutrition and Healthy Eating, Excercising, Self Development and this Author is on another Level. She's definitely spiritual, Feminine (its super pleasant to listen to her voice, so many times female narrators have such manly manner of delivering their speech that I can't handle it), calm, positive, and knowledgeable. I won't be giving you all the details as it will spoil your journey. yet I promise this Book will change your life!!! Thank You. It was a pleasure and I'm so Happy I've listened to it!

The only 'diet' book you'll ever need
I recomend this book to everyone. Of years of trying to learn about nutrition to do right, I realized the greatest teacher is my own body. Brings awareness to self and turns consumption into a sacred transfer of energy.

Interesting but meandering
I love Eisentstein’s work in general. While this book does have some great thoughts and perspectives in it, and the basic premise is sound, it seemed he couldn’t avoid some righteous advice giving which I found annoying. His usual coherence just seemed a bit off.
The narrator could learn a lot. Like basic pauses at the end of the chapters. Her butchering of so many pronunciations was unprofessional, but perhaps that’s on the editor/ producer.
Still worth the read with some gems!
