About this listen

"They Say / I Say" identifies the key rhetorical moves in academic writing, showing students how to frame their arguments in the larger context of what others have said and providing templates to help them make those moves. And, because these moves are central across all disciplines, the audiobook includes chapters on writing in the sciences, writing in the social sciences, and - new to this edition - writing about literature.

The best-selling book on academic writing - in use at more than 1,500 schools.

Fabulous!

This audible book has open my eyes to another world that had been around for many years that I was not privy to thank you very much for making this audible book that I can now use as a life lesson in writing diction and intelligent speaking.

Educational Perspective

I am an educator at college and a practitioner in the field of architecture. I benefit from this book during the time I was engaged with graduate studies, and found it thorough and inspiring. It is a useful resource specially if you use the templates mentioned in the content.

This book needs a revision to the final chapters and has to provide more current examples and advanced practical criticism, which I hope to see that in a neat future. Please make the templates more accessible with the link in the book description.

This is a must to continuously read book, if you are improving your writing skills.

With regards,
MZ
