Do not buy this book

I don't usually write reviews. But I feel compelled to write a review of this book. I admit I have a problem with punctuality, it's been an issue my whole life and time management does not come easily to me. I am, however, trying to address this problem by getting resources and I started with this book. If I can summarize what this book is saying and how it made me feel "You are a terrible selfish human if you are late, for anything". I just really feel like this author is missing the point and is not writing for his audience. I think he is writing for an audience of those who are always on time but want to make other people who are not always on time feel inferior. We all have our strengths and weaknesses. Moreover, I didn't even find any of the tips or strategies helpful, the author just seems to focus on how crappy of a person you must be if you can't be on time, or early, for everything. The author is very much speaking down to the reader from a patriarcal pedestal of perfection. I will continue to look for self-help resources to improve my punctuality, this book did not help at all. I hope the author reads these reviews and could perhaps reflect a little on how he speaks to and about other people, particularly when they are trying to get help with a problem they know they have.
