About this listen
The heart of a hero.
In the wilds of a jungle planet, the Legion fights in brutal combat as Republic marines fly their SLICS from one tragedy to the next.
H292, a repurposed warbot, shows the heart of a hero as he wades into the battle not to destroy - but to save.

Nice prequel
I like this narrator, he does good voice changes for the different characters. Story is a nice tie in to the Galaxy's Edge Series. Gives a good background story to a lesser character in the series.

Exceptional Short Story
Robot short story very much in the tradition it Issac Asimov. Knowledge of Galaxy’s Edge is not required to appreciate this story.

Quick read
This was a good story for a one evening listen. Worth it for the price of less than $2.
Anytime there is a robot trying to make their way in the world I am into it.

Brilliant!
I loved this short story. It fills in the backstory of a beloved character who emerges later in the series. Well done by the authors, and of course, the tremendous talent of R.C. Bray!

Moving
I got the book in order to gauge if I wanted to dive into the series. I was moved. Didn’t expect that. I’ll be diving in.
