Great book.

I have always said that toxic individual depend on an enabler, and that more often than not an organization with bad culture is so because of a poisonous leadership team. To address a bad culture rehabilitating the toxic individuals is, in my opinion a complete utter waste of time. The best path forward is to remove the toxic individuals and their enablers quickly. Please note that, if the enablers and support structure is not removed along with the toxic person attempts to remove the toxic person may fail. The process of cleansing the organization of toxicity requires specific personality traits, such as courage and resilience as the toxic structure will strike back and attempt to hurt anyone who takes on dismantling.
