Toxicism is now the prevalent trend in the 21st century.
The onset of toxic culture occurs from the external environment before infiltrating the workplace. This book provides beneficial strategies for managing complex and challenging individuals. I have utilized some of the strategies presented in this book, and they appear to be adequate to a certain degree. Ultimately, it all depends on mental fortitude and diplomacy to navigate the system.
