Profile Image for I am so impressed with this wild yam cream . I was 30 plus hot flashes a day ! And insomnia. Since using the cream I have maybe 5 hot flashes a day and I am sleeping through the night! I am absolutely thrilled!

Hardly any information

I wasted a whole credit on this out of date book ! Expecting some on-site into bird mites. So short save your $ all they suggest is dehumidifier when people have been suffering for years!
