Active mind

I always keep my mind active because if I do not, then my body will get used to it and it gets weaker and weaker when I get older. This audiobook provides tips to help your mind succeed and one of the things the narrator said was yoga. Yoga is good for your body and mood. The brain needs education, exercise, entertainment, relaxation, as well family relationships to help the body live longer.
