Insightful Read

Brings perspective to everyday actions that occur in life and the workplace and strategies to aid in moving forward. Regardless of where you are at the theories provided will apply to you. It even hit home and provided myself with a little grounding as I feel like my current situation was "called out" reinforcing the need for action on my part to move forward, empowering me to take the necessary action. This book is a good read, there is something for everyone.
