love the content, HATING the reader
I can't tell without the physical book but it's being read ,as it seems to me as if the narrator is adding in his own .......something! in attempt to be more funny or more entertaining than needed. it's driving me nuts!!.
If this books content wasn't so interesting to me the narrator would have me just turn it off!!!
please please please Authors should read their books NOT actors!!!

Brilliant!
I heard Mark Sisson on JRE podcast and decided to purchase this book. Awesome read if you enjoy health and diet as we all should. I feel that everyone can benefit from the information in this book.

Great Read, Great Info!
Brad Kearns makes the audio an easy listen. The details, strategies and source material all make this an interesting book. I have gone back several times to several chapters to freshen up.
Recommend for anyone trying to loose weight and deal with inflammation
