What is it with all the F-bombs?

All those F-bombs felt out of character.
Overall, an entertaining adaptation. I went to see the film, and this book fills in a few gaps in the movie, but as an Uncharted fan, I felt that they butchered Sully's personality. This book makes it clear that it has nothing to do with the games aside from the fact that the characters share the same names. In this version, Nate and Sam really are kin to Sir Francis Drake, and Nate has a fever dream about having a different last name (Morgan) and meeting Sully in Colombia... sounds familiar, right? I hoped this adaptation from video game to film would stick closer to its source material, but in the end, I also enjoyed this both book and film also, I don't want to spoil anything, but there's a certain part that felt cringy and as if it was written by a hormonal 17-year-old boy that I'm glad they left out of the movie.

A little better than the movie

It is at least a little bit better than the movie is. It's great hearing Nolan North perform, not just read the book.
