About this listen
When World War 3 erupts on American soil, it is up to some less than likely heroes to band together and stand tall against any and all comers as a once proud nation is brought to her knees.
Cowardly terrorist attacks and indifferent global communities have isolated America as she spirals into a desperate bid for survival. Follow Darlene Bobich and her group on the West Coast along with Michael Talbot on the East Coast as they do everything in their power to thwart those who would take away everything that they and all of us are.

Tufo! You have me in stitches, through the ugliness of invasion, you are the master.

Fun Mike Talbot adventure. Not sure about Darlene’s story though!
Sean Runnette does a great job as always. The female narrator was very hard to listen to a Darlene’s story was quite boring. I fast forwarded through all her parts and the Mike parts of the book were regular Mike Talbot fun. Really wish this was all a Mike Talbot story. Maybe if Sean Runnette narrated the Darlene part maybe he could have made the story better. Who knows. It did seem very much like two completely separate books meshed together. If you love Mike Talbot adventures you may like this one as well.
