Life Changing
Have found a lot of comfort from Price's writing over the years and this book pulled together and got at exactly what has plagued my life. Be prepared for a major excavation of pain from shame and by following the prompts you'll find yourself a an entirely new version of yourself. Had to by the hard copy as well to accompany as I know this will be a long standing resource to return to. Devon Price does an excellent job creating a relatable and well researched venue for self exploration.
