WRONG ABOUT HIGH FAT DIET.

The overall book is quite fascinating, with an eclectic mix of psychology, meditation, and diet.

That last tidbit I mentioned is my only gripe. These mainstream types of communication have no basis that high fat(meat) destroys the brain, I've been on Ketovore for almost 2 yrs, my mental thought processes have improved dramatically, my energy levels are through the roof, my depression is now highly manageable, my inflammation is gone, and I have laser focus when it comes to reading, listening to audio books, and had greatly improved my overall lifestyle.

Now I can focus and read books where I couldn't before, I'm back doing my artwork I always seemed to lose interest, but on ketovore I have none of these Adhd/ADD symptoms. I don't get distracted easily anymore, and my mind isn't foggy like it use to be. So I say this book is incorrect about the high fat/meat.
