didn't work personally for my level of anxiety, it may be insightful to you. Nothing new. I struggle with intrusive thoughts and depression.

Great Book!!
I really enjoyed listening to this Book. Great insights, and information on dealing with anxiety. I would recommend this book for anyone wanting to learn more on the subject, and if you’re personally experiencing anxiety.
