 Astrid Bell has known most of her roommates for years, but while they have a history together - romantic pairings, one-night stands, friendships - each of them also has a past. A struggle to finish.

Books by Nicci French are usually quite good but this was such a disappointment. The story was weak with a lot of irrelavant filler that just dragged on. The narrator was not great and sometimes she even mixed up the character’s voices which was very confusing. A better narrator might have given some much needed life to this story.
