Solid
So I got onto these from the free options and this is the first 1 I paid for.
I would say it would be more value based to have them as 2 for 1 or double stories. 20 hours is more inline with the price.
That said, I have been enjoying the series and plan to finish it.
There has been some great character growth in this book, and that development of is keeping me going to see what happens.

makes you want more
the characters are super fun and dynamic and you really end up feeling for them... the world is fascinating the author has created... I'm definitely invested in this world!
I do find the RPG part of the story somewhat lacking. I believe Alaron Kong did the crunchy stat stuff and special abilities and magic much better in "the Land" series...
