There's some good stuff in here.

Several employable strategies for behaviour change related to weight loss but can be applied to other areas of one's life. Includes a download and access to other content on the author's website. Definitely worth a listen. As always, change comes from within! #Audible1

quick listen while working out

great tips, easy to listen to and is straight to the point. I'm an avid weight trainer and love exercise but fell off track a bit during Covid. I threw this on while working out and it set me back on track.

decent book

I like his outlook on how to go about making changes. it's different from others who tell you to use "will power". it was a short book, but it was good. thanks for the Outlook!
only thing that was a bit misleading was the book is called weightloss hacks but it just gives you 1 main hack. I think I've just read alot of books like this so I can be a bit more critical.
all in all not bad.

Affirming & helpful

I like how he breaks weight loss down into small bits and challenges assumptions we didn't know we had. He describes why it's better to start small, not forgetting to discuss how much we're influenced by the people around us and in our lives. This sets us up for success, both by making it easier to reach the end goal and by removing the shame of failing to reach goals that were too high. I especially like his ideas about how to overcome our inner barriers to success. Great listen!
