Know your worth

The authors mention various scenarios a woman might experience in relationships and they constantly point out the red and green flags. To some, the advices may seem generic or obvious and to others it’s a great way to find out the third persons perspective. When we are in relationships we often get blinded with our emotions and don’t think practically. This audiobook can be eye opening to some people who are going through similar situations as mentioned in the book. It would be as if listening to a friend giving advice or learning about their relationship experiences. To know how a person should behave “normally”. Sometimes we all need a reminder before making decisions relating to relationships and how the grass is always greener on the other side. Recommend to both adolescents and adults (entering or existing relationships).

Basic common sense

Good but a bit sexist. Silly things like warning you that stress causes wrinkles and grey hairs. Kinda lame sexism like that's a woman's biggest worry. or don't cook him a home cooked meal as a date. Majority of young women now don't even know how to cook. overall good message but 40 years out of date.

Meh

It was too simple and straightforward to even enjoy. Don’t be toxic, don’t date toxic men, don’t be dependent on someone for your happiness, and focus on yourself, rather than finding a soulmate. I would not recommend this book to anyone. I feel like everything I read, was basic common knowledge.
