About this listen
Special Forces training may one of the most brutal training routines that I can think of. They push people beyond their comfort zone to mentally and physically prepare for future tasks at hand. There are a few problems with Special Forces training doesn't fit well with the knowledge and education learned during my personal training certification school. Listen to this critique and simple fix on how Special Forces training can be that much more efficient at training candidates to be the best they can be. I am a certified professional personal trainer, certified by the National Federation of Professional Trainers (accredited by the NCAA), certificate number 45582.
