Pretty good book

Whenever you watch a movie before experiencing the book, no surprise the book usually is better. No different in this case. However if you do decide to give it a listen, I think it will be time well spent.

Good narrator

The narrator of the book was very good. I read this book because I like Jack London and I enjoy books about dogs. It was not as good as Call of the Wild but it was enjoyable. I liked that it had a happy ending but secretly wished he’d stayed with his human family. Some of the animal abuse was hard. Overall not a bad read.

Man this guy really likes his superior white men

I don't think a wolf dog is actually eagerly thinking about how superior white men are to first nations people. The performance of this book is perfect, and the story would be very excellent if the author could've kept his unnecessary and extraneous racism out of the pages
