no for me

written by someone that has no direct experience with divorce and breakdown. it comes through as judgemental (although no intentional). it lacks empathy. it's a book that has an interesting topic, but doesn't have a ideal client in mind. this book doesnt speak to me as a researcher, a single mother raising a daughter and as a successful professional woman that grew up without a father. I doubt it would speak to my daughter either that keeps getting hurt by an absent, self center and narcissistic father that came back into her life after 6 years of complete absence.
