it's okay

say: "over-pronunciation," but over-pronunciate it.

That is my knock on his performance. There's a couple useful strategies though.

One of tge best

I've read hundreds of books about personal growth and achievement. This is one of the most realistic I've read and slso that corresponds to my personal needs.
I have ADD and in certain periods of my life when I was in the right environnement it was not a hindrance but a strength. Even though I was already applying some of the principles in this book, it makes sense of my own experience and will very likely help me to move beyond my previous expectations.
About the performance I would have chosen another voice, but that's OK

Amazing book!

So many insights to willpower. I will listen to this book over and over. It gives me a lot of hope that I still can succeed if I just change my environment.

Title is a little misleading but overall good book

I think it's more accurate to say this will improve your use of willpower not that it's the way to NOT have to use willpower. For example it is OBVIOUSLY easier on your willpower to not have junk food in the house if you are trying to be healthy but you need willpower to not walk to the corner store 5 mins away and get a bag of chips or use Uber eats to get a pizza. This book puts you in the best position to follow through on the right action but most people WILL still need willpower, these are just great strategies to make it easier.

This book delivers.

I have been following Benjamin's writing on medium for over a year now and was extremely excited to see the book on Audible as I only consume books through audiobooks now.

The book provides practical advice and not just the usual motivational stuff you see clouding up the self help section. Just like all his writing, his steps to success are profound and filled with Truth. We just need to have the convictions to take them.

Actionable and informative

I hate reading books that discuss an idea, back it up with a bunch of studies, and then leave it at that. This book provides lots of actionable content that will help you live what the writer has experienced.

Hard Hitting New Stance on Personal Transformation

This book is packed with research-backed self help for modern high-performers. It goes against the grain and takes a totally new stance with regard to personal transformation focusing on environmental control over personal willpower control. There's a good chance you'll read it cover to cover. The advice contained is powerful because a lot of it is painful to hear - and therefore likely what is needed to spark meaningful transformation.
