I've listen to a few on Vodou, Hoodoo and Rootwork and I have to say the writing is this book has been my favorite to listen to
the man reading has a great voice that makes it easy to hear and enjoy.

explaining in terms understandable to someone who doesn't use the other terms daily, and continues to use easy to understand terms through the whole book

I will be buying the hardcopy to have as well

a must hear or read if interested in rootwork.

This is the best book I have read about hoodoo, conjure and rootwork so far. I cannot reccomend it enough. It speaks of the history and underlying meanings of hoodoo. It goes into depth about all elements of hoodoo including ancestry work.

Absolutely fantastic work, super comprehensive and good at explaining the important details. Eases you into things with explanations of works, the work itself, alternating between these two until we’ve been exposed to the works a bit. Then it shotguns several works back to back once youre ready, super info dense in the best of ways.
